Worship

"In the midst of a busy, demanding world, Saratoga Pres is a place for you and the ones you love to come as you are and reconnect with the real and living God." -- Steve and Ellen Steele, Pastors

Worship Services
Throughout history, when God’s people are aware of His presence or are touched by His grace, their natural response is worship. When we gather together for worship, we’re not coming to see a performance or to be entertained.  We come because we have known God’s goodness in our lives and we want to respond with worship.  Sometimes we come with excitement and joy. Sometimes we come tired and needing a fresh word of hope.  But we come.  And we have discovered over and over that when we do, we are met by the One who receives us as we are and rejoices in the worship we bring.

 9:00 a.m.
Worshippers gather in a space that points us toward the beauty of God's creation.  Windows that open to the foothills and sky remind us that all of creation sings the praises of the One who made them. We gather as a community that loves to welcome new friends and eagerly anticipates how God will meet us during our time together.  The SPC choir leads us in hymns and songs that speak to our hearts and inspire us to praise, thank and receive God in a fresh way.

10:30 a.m.
We gather in a way that is both fun and informal yet deeply meaningful.  Through music that encompasses a variety of genres the SPC worship team helps us to re-center our hearts in Jesus Christ and to open us up to God's presence in our midst.

Children are loved and valued at SPC, and they are always welcome to join their families in worship at both services.  Please visit our "Children's Ministry" page to discover the worship and growth opportunities available especially to children on Sunday morning.
