Tuition and Fees
TuitionTuition is based on an annual fee which is divided into nine equal installments. No deductions or refunds are made because of absences or holidays. All payments are made in advance. The initial payment is due June 1st to insure your child's place in school. The following payment will them be due October 1st and the first of every month thereafter, with the final payment due on May 1st. The school does not send out invoices, and the payment is considered late if not received by the 10th of the month; a late fee of $10.00 will be assessed. We are a non-profit organization and do not carry accounts. Rates for the 2008-09 school year are as follows:

Fees
A Registration Fee of $50.00 is charged to all students and is collected upon completed enrollment into the year's program; this fee is non-refundable. Parents will receive a 30-day written notice before any change is made in the basic rates. If a child must be removed from the program, either by parent initiation or by the school's, a two-week notice must be given. Tuition refunds will be pro-rated if a child is withdrawn and there is another child to take his place. Tuition refunds will be reimbursed after the replacing family has paid.
In addition to the registration fee, a Special Event Fee is charged once at the beginning of each school year. This $75.00 fee covers the out-of-classroom costs of providing family-oriented parties, and celebrations, including the Ice Cream Social, Parent Nights and Coffees, Halloween, Christmas, Easter and End of Year Picnic, Gymsters Program. Holidays, especially Christian ones, provide opportunities to educate children about God and Jesus as well as provide families quality time together. The Special Event Fee goes directly towards events that you and your child will attend at Saratoga Presbyterian Preschool throughout the year.
