Tom is the Southern California Acting Regional Director for InterVarsity, leading approximately 100 InterVarsity staff and 50 interns on 36 campuses in Southern California, from Fresno to San Diego. They supervise over 500 volunteer student leaders in ministry to over 2500 active InterVarsity student participants. Tom has been leading teams of campus ministers on university campuses in Orange County and the Inland Empire for the past 13 years, and also leads a partnership that is pioneering an InterVarsity sister movement at a university in the Middle East. He is developing focused ministry in evangelism, pastoral care, and staff training.
