Jim and Terui work under the sponsorship of OMF International, leading a ministry at Izumi Park Town Church (IPTC), in Sendai, Japan, outside Tokyo. They work in a team with John and Elspeth Taylor, who are primarily responsible for the church while the Graces focus on student ministries. They are conducting quarterly Alpha courses.
