The San Jose Family Shelter provides housing and support services to homeless families to empower them to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Temporary shelter, food, meal service, personal hygiene services, maintenance, counseling, child care, Head Start Classes, adult education, employment assistance, children’s activities, and after-school tutoring are provided. The shelter can accommodate 35 families.
